Christopher Michael Pinot Noir '22

From Dundee Hills’ volcanic soils, this Pinot is translucent garnet with a nose of cherry compote, rosewater, and a touch of forest floor. The palate is silky and layered, with flavors of red currant, hibiscus tea, and a saline finish (Wine Advocate 93 pts). Aged 10 months in neutral oak; best now–2028 with herb-roasted chicken.
