A library release from a legendary vintage. Brick-red with amber edges, it offers tertiary aromas of dried cherry, leather, cigar box, and a touch of soy sauce. The palate is silky and evolved, with flavors of fig compote, black tea, and umami-rich marmite (Jeb Dunnuck 94 pts). Drink now with Ibérico ham or lentil stew.
