A library release showing the aging potential of Oregon Pinot. Brick-red at the rim, it offers evolved aromas of dried cherry, forest floor, and a touch of truffle oil. The palate is seamless - flavors of fig compote, black tea, and resolved tannins create a velvety texture. Decanter (93 pts) notes its "secondary complexity emerging beautifully." At peak now-2025, this is perfect with herb-roasted chicken or mushroom pâté.
