This rare Piedmontese white opens with complex aromas of ripe pear, beeswax, and crushed herbs. The palate is rich and textured, with vibrant acidity balancing flavors of yellow apple, honey, and a distinctive stony minerality that earned 94 points. Aged in steel with extended lees contact, it finishes with incredible persistence. Made from 50-year-old Timorasso vines, this age-worthy white pairs beautifully with rich seafood or creamy risottos.
