This 92-point Bordeaux-style blend from Paul Hobbs' Argentine project showcases meticulous winemaking. The 2022 vintage offers complex aromas of blackcurrant, graphite and cedar. The full-bodied palate delivers layers of dark cherry, espresso and tobacco, with polished tannins and balanced acidity. Aged 18 months in French oak, it's approachable now but built for aging. Decant 1 hour and serve with prime rib.
