This 100% Xarel·lo from the Garraf Massif's southern foothills, just 4km from the Mediterranean, showcases the essence of its terroir. Harvested from 40-year-old vines grown in clay-limestone soils, the grapes are handpicked with minimal intervention. Fermentation occurs with native yeasts in stainless steel, followed by six months of aging on fine lees—part in stainless steel and part in used barrels. Bottled with gentle filtration, the 2023 vintage faced severe drought, yielding only 1,100 bottles with a total SO2 of 47mg/L. This is a refined, ecological wine reflecting its Mediterranean origins.
